This newly constructed cabin is situated in a prime hunting and fishing paradise. 4 miles from the gorgeous Yellowstone river, block managed and public hunting lands located minutes away. An abundance of Elk, Deer, Antelope, Geese, Ducks, and Pheasants roam the property and nearby.
This cabin is outfitted for comfort and bconvenience. Spend the morning sipping coffee on the private porch overlooking the beautiful Peasebottom Valley. Come back from your adventures to a hot shower and a good nights rest in our top rated mattresses. Sleeps up to 3 people. Plenty of room to park vehicles and an RV (with Septic & Water hook-ups).
This 280 square foot (14ft x 20ft), custom built cabin includes everything you should need to feel at home; refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and serve ware. Towels and linens provided.
Outdoor:
Covered porch, chairs, gorgeous views.
Indoor:
Bunk beds - full over full size with top-rated mattresses, linens, queen size built for comfort sleeper couch, stocked kitchenette, standing shower.

The cabin was clean. I had a small problem with shower but they were very prompt about fixing the problem. Grill could use an upgrade it was non operable while I was there I would have liked to cook on it. They have pots and pans and dishes I didn’t cook while I was there. But they have what you need. There was no air conditioning but it’s plenty cool in there if you open a couple of windows. There was only DVDS to watch but they are getting TV services very soon. The place is beautiful and very quiet. The host doesn’t bother you at all but is there if you need something. If you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy nature. This is the place.

What a gem. We sat on the front porch and watched the most beautiful sunset and sunrise. It’s a great lil cabin with everything you’d need. Clean, well appointed and my dog was in heaven.

The cabin was exactly what I pictured- small but in a cozy way and very clean, modern, and fit for all the basic needs. Jackie was very communicative via text but gave privacy during the visit which I appreciated. The views were STUNNING. It was so peaceful and enjoyable. Two pro tips when you stay (and you should!)1) the closest grocery store is an hour away and the nearest convenience store has limited options and hours. Pack a cooler in advance to avoid having to make a haul - I was kicking myself for wasting time I could have been enjoying the place to go find food.2) if you’re looking to relax, consider bringing a camping chair for the front porch. The chairs provided are totally fine for a meal, but if you want to sit for hours and take in the view you might prefer a softer seat (I wish I owned a pop up hammock!) Truly a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Above and Beyond

I usually don't give five stars but this property and landlord deserved it. Everything was just as described. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. We didn't use the upper bunk but could be hard to access by anyone but kids. Cooked a great mea on the grill and all the necessary cooking items were available. Best of all it is incredibly peaceful. Montana skies at night. Totally quiet. No wifi, but great cell service so if you want to use your phone as a hotspot, that works. But you won't want to contact the outside world because this one is so peaceful. And the dogs were in heaven. Once they realized the goats weren't going to play with them, they were content to run around together.

Quiet relaxing Gem!

Beautifully decorated. Views are amazing. Stars gazing is wonderful. Fully appointed with everything you would need. All furniture,beds,pillows etc are better than most 4 star hotels. You will NOT be disappointed if your looking for peace and tranquility. Will be back again.

A quick getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our only negative comment would be that the bed is difficult to get into and out of and the pillows are a bit too firm...but that's very much a personal preference. We loved the location with spacious views of the the Yellowstone River Valley, lots of bird life and a few goats for petting. We will be staying there again.

Wonderful little hide away

Booked this little cabin for our quick getaway to hunt antelope in the area. It is close enough to town for dinner and fuel but far enough to offer quiet and a head start on our hunt. Everything we needed was provided in the cabin and made for a very comfortable stay. The only suggestion I would make if asked, is to look into an HD amplified antenna and a way to turn the outdoor party lights off.

Amazing small space

We were very impressed when we arrived at this off-the-beaten-path cabin. It is spotless and had everything you need to enjoy a night or a week. Gorgeous interior with exceptional and thoughtful accessories. Nice, quiet space with a beautiful view to top it all off.

Perfect

Jackie and Darren were amazing hosts, and the property was everything I had wanted, rural, quiet, beautiful, and it had an amazing panoramic view. At night I heard the elk burgling and coyotes yipping and howling, and the mule deer would hop right up in front of the cabin. The cabin itself was extremely nice and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Will absolutely be staying here again when I come back to Montana!
