I had an unforgettable stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay from the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for, every interaction was warm, professional, and genuine. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, but what really made this stay special was the exceptional dining experience. The hotel offers a variety of delicious dining options, each one better than the last. We have specific halal dietary requirements, and the staff made every effort to accommodate us even customizing dishes and making sure we felt comfortable and respected at every meal. Their attention to our needs truly exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend this hotel enough to anyone looking for a memorable stay with outstanding hospitality, great food, and true attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back!

Good hotel good price. Shuttles to train station where you can catch a train into Tokyo. Beds are hard, but it only took one night to get used to them. I might even switch to firmer beds at home after this stay.

The parking fees were confusing how I was charged, but with a language barrier I didn’t follow through with asking. I did think with staying here being American I was going to get some kind of American food at the buffet, sadly mistaken but it’s okay. They did have some fried rice in their sandwich/bakery store in the lobby that was good. My AC in my room went out and they came in to fix it, said it will take a hour. They brought me what they said to be Japanese cookies for the inconveniences. Pool closes at 4pm. That wasn’t cool because we just came back from shopping and everything is already closed.
