This place is near Disneyland and Disney Sea. The room is very small for a family of six with luggages. It is decent, to sleep and head out again the next day. They do have a cute bunk bed for the kids and small secret noted for the kids to explore the tiny room. Great view of the Tokyo bay.

Overall excellent! Proximity to Disney was great! Regular shuttle to park. We only had two issues. The breakfast on our last day was oversold and it was a long wait and a big crowd. The second issue was learning that the pool and gym cost extra unless you are a particular level of their rewards program. Otherwise the property is what you would expected from Hilton with excellent facilities and customer service.

This was a great hotel. Free breakfast buffet, which was awesome. Clean. Had free transportation to Tokyo Disney every hour the staff was very nice and helpful. I love Hilton lol
