The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The parking garage was easy to navigate and find a spot, though it’s $20 per day. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s nothing fancy, but it met our needs. The lobby was quite nice and welcoming. One heads-up: finding a place to park while checking in was a little tricky. The best option is to go directly into the public parking garage, which will guide you to the lobby entrance for check-in. After we checked out, the hotel called to let us know we had left a debit card behind in the room. They kindly mailed it to us, which we really appreciated. Great service and a solid stay overall.

Only issue is the parking garage..super tight and there was some type of event so it took over 30 minutes just to get a spot because of all the cars leaving that were too large for the ramp...full size trucks and suv's should not use this garage because they stick out to far on the corners.

We loved our stay here! The lady checking us in was so so friendly (wish I caught her name) and Jay who was in the breakfast area was amazing. So friendly and helpful-she deserves a raise! You can tell she loved her job. The pool area was a big highlight for my 3 year old. We worked to 8th st area and found good places to eat. Our room and the hotel was very clean. Overall a great place to stay! We will be back.

The most unprofessional and rude customer service received by the front desk. From the moment I was asking to be buzzed in from the parking lot the two women at the front desk were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Had troubles with my ID and card and was told that I could have a list of other hotels in the area. Because of this horrible service I did not even complete my stay here. And I will never be returning. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
