This was an absolutely lovely Pousada! Vanessa was incredibly helpful and kind, as was all the staff. The rooms was wonderful, clean, and with the perfect balance of comfort and simplicity of the Brazilian culture.

Very well situated in the city center. Walking distance to restaurants, etc. Staff very pleasant, owner present making sure all is ok. Very good breakfast. Reserved my stay throught expedia for the first night, but got a much better deal once I was there. Expensive through expedia.

Ponto positivo: Apenas a localização Ponto negativo: Efetuei a reserva em uma das suites mais caras e foi totalmente decepcionante. Banheira nao funcionava direito, onde fui comunicada na hora da saída, que a mesma se encontrava em manutenção um dia antes. Ou seja, ja estava quebrada e avisaram no final da estadia. Quarto com muuuuitos insetos. Alteraram o horario do cafe da manhã sem me comunicar, o que gerou muito constrangimento e desconforto, onde a moça da recepção resolveu abrir uma exceção e me serviu o resto da comida que tinha. Nao foi nada legal. Escolhi pagar muito caro em uma estadia e nao pude usufruir do minimo que eu estava pagando. Muito frustrante e nem recebi sequer um pedido de desculpa do proprietário/administração. Ja fiquei em outras propriedades da região com melhor custo benefício e ofereceram uma qualidade superior dessa pousada. Nao recomendo. Muito descaso, paguei caríssimo por nada! Lamentável!!!

Decepcionante. Os funcionários são muito educados e só. Enviaram mensagem dizendo que não tinha o quarto como escolhemos e que no dia seguinte seria solucionado, então concordamos. Porém, no dia sequinte os diversos funcionários da pousada não se manifestaram em solucionar e ficaram bem caladinhos. Nós percebemos que não tinha mesmo solução pois foi uma “jogada” da pousada. Além disso cobraram na pousada o que já tínhamos pago pelo aplicativo, alegaram que não haviam recebido . Pagamos diretamente a eles então e em seguida mostramos o comprovante do pagto correto pelo hotéis.com. Somente assim fizeram o estorno. O ar condicionado do quarto que nos colocaram estava simplesmente imundo ( nunca deve ter sido limpo), a cama era péssima e as roupas de cama totalmente sintéticas. Café da manhã fraco e servido em local muito desconfortável. Não vale 01 real pelo valor cobrado . Pousada muito inferior ao que prometem. Não recomendo de forma alguma.
