Falta de empatia

“A pousada tem um bom atendimento e um café da manhã muito gostoso. Entretanto, senti falta de um pouco mais de empatia por parte da gestão. Estive em Ilhabela para participar de uma competição de natação em águas abertas e, como a minha prova era no fim da manhã, precisei de um tempo extra após o horário padrão de checkout (meio-dia) apenas para tomar banho e me arrumar. Apesar do fato de ser um domingo e não haver outros hóspedes, só me foi permitido permanecer mediante o pagamento de uma taxa adicional. Compreendo as regras, mas acredito que em situações como essa, um pouco mais de flexibilidade faria toda a diferença na experiência do hóspede.”
