We stayed at the zuri for 12 nights and every one of those nights were wonderful! Firstly Iloilo is an amazing city full of friendly people, and the staff were no exception. Nothing was too much hassle and full of smiles and happy attitudes. We requested a few things from the front desk and they ladies were super happy to help. The room was nice, big comfy bed and a great shower and aircon, the pool area gives a fantastic view of the city and has a great bar with cocktails and snacks. All in all it’s a great place and we had a fab holiday, thanks Zuri!

Perfect walking distance to SM for shopping and food. Convient area to be picked up/dropped off by Grab drivers. Nice view on the roof top with pool. Tasty breakfast. Clean room and shower. Only negative thing is that mattress was not very comfortable

Good service from beginning to end

The entire hotel staff were very professional. They tended to guests’ needs quickly. Had an issue with my hotel safe and Angel (maintenance) timely fixed it. The house keeping staff were superb with how they cleaned the room and were cordial. The dining staff were diligent with their duties ensuring guests were quickly seated and the buffet items were replaced. Security personnel were attentive and ensured safety especially when parking at night. Front desk staff were knowledgeable of hotel programs and quick at processing check in/out. The concierge and the bell boys were swift in assisting guests.

This is my second time staying at Zuri Hotel. I like the cleaness of the place, the helpfull and friendly staff that's always offering to help and lets not forget the good food. The convince of being close to shopping center is a huge plus and also close to the airport.

Hotel had cockroaches! When we arrived to our room i noticed that there was cockroach ! I told the front desk, all they did was just moved us no compensation or anything. I also saw cockroach at the breakfast buffet told one of the staff , it seems like its a normal thing to see a roaches around there
