The staff was very helpful and kind, so this is no reflection on them. However, the hotel itself was disappointing. My room was somewhat clean, but the furnishings, floor, fixtures, etc. were in poor condition so it sort of felt dirty in there. The walls were extremely thin—I could literally hear everything… like everything, which made it difficult to sleep. It was manageable for one night, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff at this hotel could not be more customer oriented! They were excellent. The jets in the hot tub could definitely work better. Great room. Comfortable and clean. Excellent location. So many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The room was nice and spacious. And mostly well taken care of. The property seemed to be dirty all over the place. It was really bad in the hot tub. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a year. Went into the pool room and it was blowing cold air. Our bathroom had dirt in the corners and needed to be mopped.
