The 8 x 4.5-meter pool, with a depth of 1 to 1.85 meters, is surrounded by a sun terrace with 6 loungers. Children will enjoy the play garden, while adults can relax on the veranda, cooking a barbecue or sharing a bottle of wine under the stars.

The villa offers accommodation on one floor with a cozy, air-conditioned living room, stone-paved walls, and white beams. A TV with satellite channels in German, a CD player, and comfortable sofas provide a relaxing space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave, kettle, and dining table. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided.

There are three bedrooms: two with two single beds and wardrobes, and the master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower (also accessible from outside).
