Located on the outskirts of Inca, surrounded by Mallorcan nature, this charming holiday home with a private pool is the perfect place to enjoy a few days of relaxation with family or friends. With capacity for 8 people, it offers everything you need for a peaceful getaway. 
Starting with the outdoor areas, you will find a refreshing 7x3 metre chlorine swimming pool with a depth of 1.70 metres, ideal for taking a dip on warmer days. Surrounding it, a private lawn area invites you to relax in the sun on the sun loungers, while the equipped terrace allows you to enjoy al fresco dining or unforgettable evenings at sunset, surrounded by the rural landscape of Mallorca.
Inside, the property is spacious and functional, spread over two floors. It begins with a large open-plan living room and dining area, equipped with air conditioning. You can relax on the sofa and watch films on the Smart TV, while the fully equipped induction kitchen has all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals. On this floor is the first bedroom with two single beds and the first bathroom with a bathtub. Going up to the second floor, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms, all with a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. One of them has access to a furnished terrace where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors. A second bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, you can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board during your stay.
