My room was extremely hot and stuffy. The ceiling in my room had cracks and was dirty. The restaurant was not open as was stated on the website. Honestly it was not a pleasant stay here at all.

This hotel provides complimentary shuttle service for airport transfers and is situated in close proximity to the airport. The room is immaculate, spacious, and furnished in a standard Western style. The front desk personnel are courteous, and the bus driver is amicable and considerate. Although I only stayed overnight, I intend to return during my next visit to ICN.
