Not that great

I stayed one single bed room on the 7th floor. The ceiling was covered with mold spots on the wall paper. That seems to be water leakage from the aircondiationer that had water leakage. If you have asthma or severe resporatory issue, stay away from this hotel. Also, the carpet requires deep carpet cleaning. I do not recommend. The room number was 722.

The staff were very helpful, especially with helping a foreigner sort out how the lights work, etc. When I arrived, one or two of the elevators weren't working, but worked fine the following morning. Even though the breakfast didn't start serving until 6:30 am, the staff let us get a few take-out items to take on the 6:30 airporter.

Great layover hotel for Incheon

We had a quick overnight layover through Incheon coming from the USA to Vietnam. This hotel was very close to the airport and offered a shuttle service (and was on the free airport shuttle loop). The service at the front desk was friendly and the hotel was comfortable for our stay. The convenience store in the lobby was nice for snacks!

Nice room, great breakfast!

Missed our flight so had to spend the night. Looked for airport shuttle and good ratings. We found the hotel quite pleasant and perfectly suited to our needs. Reasonably priced buffet breakfast was well worth the cost!

I only got to stay overnight but the accommodations were perfect, the location was short distance from the airport with their airport shuttle it was very convenient, the food was great they had a buffet dinner which was worth your money, and the room was clean although I found the bathroom a little tight.
