In fact, the GM is very warmhearted and make sure my stay is comfortable which he personally approached me together with his assistant regarding my encounter during the check-in which I did share with him about the guidance to print out the coupons for breakfast and the room card because first timer won’t be familiar how to do it. Anyway I like the place on overall ratings. Is excellent! Will stay there as very convenient beside Unseo train station which can easily briyou to Seoul and other attractive places.

This is my number 1 place to stay in Incheon close to the airport. Right near to Unseo train station. $15 breakfast buffet is great with many western and asian food. Clean and great service. Airport shuttle available or you can ride AREX train from the airport. Downstairs is $10 bar with all unlimited wine with cheese crackers plate. (The plate is limited to 1 time). Convinient store on 1st floor. Lots of shopping and restaurants on walking distance. Lotte Mart with Instant rax free across the street and don't miss Daiso store near!

An excellent option for travelers who need to stay near the Incheon Airport. I didn't need to use the shuttle service since the hotel is next to the Unseo Station (Subway). To be honest, the room was better than expected and a lifesaver. I definitely recommend this hotel; the room has a kitchen and a laundry machine.
