The only reason I'm giving this a 4-star rating instead of 5 is because I had just come off a 20 hour flight from the U.S. and we had landed in the morning. I took a cab from the airport and was hoping for an early check-in. I still had to wait until 3:00 pm in the afternoon because that was the policy. I understand having policies, but you can't tell me a hotel with hundreds of rooms didn't have one available before 3:00 pm! I was so exhausted that I actually fell asleep in a chair in their lobby! The Concierge was sweet and brought me water, but I think the staff were a little annoyed that I was just hanging around for hours!

We only stayed here for one night before our flight out of incheon but wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful and rooms are luxurious. We stayed in a business twin room with two queens and were so impressed. The amenities within the hotel and all the extras in place make this more than a hotel; rather an experience. Highly recommend.

Convenient area for a concert at the Inspire arena. Friendly and efficient staff. Quick room service. All areas were kept clean and spotless.

Guest loyalty appears low, with many opting for a single-night stay and not returning—a clear reflection of the overall experience and satisfaction level. This establishment does not live up to the standards of a true five-star hotel.

The property was fantastic in quality, cleanliness and entertainment/food options. It's near the airport so convenient for those laying over as well. The check-in service was not welcoming nor helpful. I was coming from the port and my cruise ship had been delayed for one day due to foggy weather in port. It was also my birthday and I had requested services at spa in advance however, there was no acknowledgement. Very disappointing.

새로생겼지만 화장실에는 벌써 곰팡이가 발견되었고, 분위기라던가 분명 한번쯤 가볼만하지만 라운지에서 그 비싼 식사하는데 물한잔도 공짜로 안주고, 레스토랑에서는 일인당 한오더 주문해라 뭐 이런 요구는 뭐랄까 좀 레벨에 안맞아보인다고 해야하나… 너무 한푼이라도 쥐어짜려는게 보여서 좀 불쾌

Good for a one night.

Good hotel for a night if you like to gamble. There are some shops and restaurants, but nothing else to do in the area. Stay in the sun wing and close to the elevator.
