I’m conflicted about this property. It’s definitely more spacious than many of the places I stayed at in Korea, and it was clean. The shower and bathroom each had their own door, which is surprisingly hard to come by in Korea.
However, the laundry situation was a nightmare. The machines required specific Korean coins and bills, and I had to go up and down three times just to get everything the machine needed. The instructions were unclear, and their exchange machine was broken. When I asked the front desk for coins, they were nice at first, but then I felt like they gave me attitude. I explained that I had no choice, their machine wasn’t working, and asked politely for help, but I was met with indifference.
Lastly, the AC didn’t work! It was so humid in my room. I couldn’t believe that in such a nice hotel, the AC wouldn’t go below 76°F. I woke up sweating.
I really wanted to like this place, it has a lot of potential, but the AC issue and laundry inconvenience really ruined the experience for me.
