It was a very quiet hotel given the location. The buffet had many options, but was a little overpriced. Wine was extra. Beds were small but comfortable. Shower decent.

I have stayed here several times. The place is ok. The food is good and the food service people are great. I have had difficulty with the front desk agents in the past, but this time a guy named Alex was the worst check-in agent I have ever encountered at this hotel. Rude and condescending and a horrible listener (an important attribute when a multi lingual international hotel).

Stayed at this hotel for a 20 hour layover in South Korea. Everything was efficient from check in to check out. Our room was very comfortable. The concierge was very helpful & provided good recommendations for dinner in the city proper, which was around 15 minutes from the hotel by taxi. Breakfast buffet next morning had varied selections & the food was tasty. We definitely recommend staying here if u have a short layover in Incheon.

We paid for the two hotel rooms through Expedia, but we were charged an additional $154 for an unknown reason. I thought when the person behind the desk asked for my credit card it was for security reasons. The receipt says room service, but we never received room service.
