Clean room, great location for a morning flight. Yet I was very sad by the breakfast since it costed 22 dlls per person and it was just terrible. Breakfast was very low quality and coffee just undrinkable. Good stay, but don't eat their breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Clean room and good service. My only real concern is that the Airport shuttle from Terminal 1 stops running too early. If you come in after 10PM, there is no shuttle. Taxis from Terminal 1 did not want to take me to the hotel.

Great place to stay for an early flight from Terminal 2 at ICN. The shuttle is easy to get to and on-time. Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The only drawback we had was that there is no comfortable place to sit in the room, just the bed, a 12" high and diameter stool (great for a toddler), and an hard plastic desk chair. The bed is a comfortable sleep. Would stay here again.

The room had everything I needed for a comfortable one-night stay before a long flight. Although IBIS is considered a budget hotel, the space felt surprisingly cozy and offered more comfort and amenities than I expected.
