Pros/Cons Pros - Beautiful View and Staff was courteous and hard working. Room was nice. Cons - Hotel has resort fees per day so maybe you feel as if you got a good daily rate but then you have to add daily resort fee- im sure it was mentioned but I didnt notice that it would be 30 bucks a day more just to be there.. On site parking is Valet only about 8 bucks a day. So every time you need to get your car you have to request it and of course customary to tip. If we didnt like that we would have to park across the street and pay the same 8 dollars to park it ourselves. Their kitchen cannot handle the amount of guest they booked for the days we were there, long wait time for breakfast lunch and dinner and the food was not worth the wait at any time and one of the days not even good at all. They were out of one meal selection for dinner one night and out of fries for a burger gave us chips smh. Drinks were ok and overpriced to just be ok. The workers they are hustling its not them only management can own the cons. We have stayed in this area before I do not see us staying at this particular hotel again.

Overbooked our one bedroom suite had to settle for two Queens, our first night then had to switch rooms the next day,the one bedroom suite had no door to close off from the bathroom or hall and living room, and every day ran out of hot water or didn’t have hot water,

The Hotel itself room overlooked restaurant exhaust and ac units making a continuous hum ,the shower dipped onto a metal plate ,toilet kept on running sink would not drain fire station across the street pool gate that would slam and wake up the dead.Staff gracious

The total on the computer when I bought the room said 67$ fee when I check in and then they say it's 100$ for fees that were supposed to be paid for already and yet charging me on top of that. They also charge me 7.20$ then another 13$ for God knows what without any notice or anything. Id like to speak to a manager about these things. Kuz this is horrible

The wife and I enjoyed our stay . We would say however that it is dated and needs improvement s. I believe the parking attendants were very good. The front desk clerk was not very helpful when we ask questions of her . I really think they need to do something about their parking not real convenient.
