I found bugs in my room. When I brought this to the staff's attention and requested a refund, I was told they didn't have the authorization and I'd need to speak with the manager in the morning. I came back, "he just left, you'll have to call hime Monday." The staff was very argumentative and told me there was nothing they could do.

The jacuzzi tub had bugs in it. The bath tub had hard shell bugs in it and tbe shower walls had smashed dead roaches. No remote for the TV, had power surge strips all over the room lights didnt work pool was closed hallway had a strong odor of pot. The bed was uncomfortable.

Yeah it was cheap, but filthy

We got there kind of late but we got checked in and when they got to the room there was hair all over my bed.The bathroom had dead flies stuck to the wall and there was dirt on the toilet. We were told by the People that worked there that the breakfast ends at ten but it ended at nine so we did not get breakfast which I guess that was our fault for waking up kind of on the later side. And when you go to the vending machines they only take bills.There's no sign that says they don't take change. Honestly, it was a cheap hotel room for me and the kiddo to rest our heads for the night, but it was filthy and will not be coming back.

I expected to relax in the hotel and use the swimming pool, but it was out of service. The man at the reception, when we arrived, had a very bad attitude. Actually, we went two times to tell him the card or key was not open the room door It's important to let the customers know the swimming pool is not in service so they can choose another hotel. I asked for a room with a jacuzzi, but he gave us a normal room. so no jacuzzi, no swimming pool, bad attitude, and no working key plus a lot of noise during the night I do not recommend this hotel. I'm waiting for my deposit money back!!!!

They dont clean. Breakfast or whatever they want to call it, is a mess just eat out. Our room was dirty. Bathroom nasty, towels was nasty we went and bought our own. I didnt have a problem with the room being outdated but nasty just a whole nother story. Floor nasty too!

The sheets and towels were stained. I asked for different ones the guy at the front desk said he doesn't have access to the laundry room. The shower walls looks like it's full of scum. The breakfast was horrible. The hotel only offered panckes, some and orange juice. The orange juice looked old and the apple juice was watery

The lock on the door was broken, the AC was broken, you couldn’t understand the staff and they were not helpful, there was somebody smoking in the hallway in a non smoking hotel. Overall it was a terrible experience. We did not stay there and I would recommend that you don’t either.

This property was absolutely nothing like pictured, we got this room because it was supposed to be a connection room and it was not. We are two young moms with 4 kids & both our “neighbors” were absolutely rude and disrespectful. We have videos of them yelling all night! I myself have a 13 month old baby that couldn’t sleep worth crap! When asked about why we didn’t get that they said they don’t do that, but that’s what we BOOKED!!
