This by far was the absolute worst hotel I ever checked into.a bunch of people hanging out in the stairwell, in the lobby and in front of the lobby door, all smoking. It was filthy. The room was dirty. We did not feel safe so my son and I immediately left the hotel and went to a different one in the area. I would love to have some kind of discount or refund or even a credit because of this experience. If you don’t believe me, send somebody to check it out because I am confident I am correct

Potential Nightmare Stay

Driving up to the hotel it looks clean and invting, but when you walk up to the front door you see people standing five to ten feet awy from it smoking. Once you enter the hotel lobby it doesnt get any better. A sign over a little table informs the guest not to take all the breakfast snack bags. Walking down the hallway on the third floor it smelled dirty and of smoke. The room was a total disater. The door was loose in the doorjam so anyone with minimal effort could break into the room after you leave it taking all your stuff. the room smelled of smoke and I found the smoke detector disconnected and sitting on the counter. The TV was about to fall off its stand and the bathroom faucets had low water preassure. Avoind this place if at all possible.

I've stayed here a few times before and it was fine. This time I arrived to check in after having a room reserved for months, and no rooms were available (something about cleaning staff not showing up). The hotel employee asked me if I got the email, which I did not, but there has to be a better way for them to notify people who book through sites like this. I even looked up nearby hotels to book, and this hotel was still showing as available.

Mixed - Major Issues Despite Friendly Staff

Pros: Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful Staff attempted to address concerns when raised Some breakfast options were available upon request Cons: Significant room issues: Initially assigned to an occupied room Security concern with unauthorized entry attempt Poorly maintained facilities (damaged mattress, non-functioning toilet) Noticeably unclean carpets Breakfast service was inconsistent and limited: Limited to instant coffee/tea on some days Complete lack of hot beverages on other days Smoking policy not enforced, with guests smoking directly in front of entrance despite posted signs While the staff showed good intentions with their friendly attitude, the hotel falls short on basic expectations of cleanliness, security, and amenities. The room assignment mix-up and subsequent security incident are concerning, as is the state of basic room maintenance. The breakfast service needs significant improvement to meet standard expectations. This property requires substantial updates and better management oversight to provide an acceptable guest experience. Rating: 2/5 stars

This hotel literally told us they were SOLD OUT when we arrived at 11pm after an entire day of travel... which you think wouldn't be a problem if you made RESERVATIONS months in advance. DO NOT STAY HERE. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING.

I am waiting for a refund. We booked 2 rooms, but left after trying multiple times to find a room that was bearable. The first room smelled so horribly of animal urine, rotten foods, and general filth, that we asked for a different one. The second room literally had a chunk of old dried up dog poop on the carpeted floor & bug droppings on the bed. When we unlocked the door to the 3rd room, the t.v. was on and the beds had not been changed, with messed up clearly used and dirty sheets and the pillows were all piled onto one of them. The front desk said the cleaning staff was unavailable to finish fixing the room. The 4th room had the dirtiest tub I’ve ever seen. Do not ever get a room here!!!! It was the grossest hotel I’ve ever encountered. Ever!!! We ended up staying at one of the many nearby hotels.

It was my most terrible experience in my life so far. 1: No clean towel, the solution is to bring used one and let them clean it and give me back to me. 2: smell do bad, the hallway u can smell urine so badly, not just a bit 3: the bed sheet and everything are not cleaned, u can easily tell. 4: one of the bed wasnt prepared yet, being told it's still cleaning,but asked 2times, a whole day gone till evening still the same. Many many unbelievable experiences

Walked in to my room and it hadn't been cleaned. All the pillows were moved to one bed, but had been stripped of the cases. The blankets were gone from the beds, but the sheets were still there, disheveled like someone had just slept in them. Made me nervous the pillow cases and blankets were gone to be cleaned but not the sheets... 😬 There was also popcorn on the floor. They gave me a new room. The beds were made in the new room but we found a wad of human hair on the "clean" linens. I usually stay in cheap hotels and have low expectations. Not picky at all, and dont mind if a hotel is old and run down, just want the room to be clean. Never in my life have I walked into a hotel room for it to not have been cleaned upon arrival before this experience. I actually got scared that I mightve walked into a room someone was dtill staying in. Thats absolutely what it looked like. TThis room was $140 for a night... for how unclean and foul smelling this hotel was, it should've been a $60 rate. I can't believe I paid $140 for it. Would never stay here again.
