Some paint was peeling in the bathroom. I was stopped at 4am while taking my service dog outside and was told pets werent allowed. After going back and forth with the woman at the desk, I finally got the issue resolved.

It was probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Felt like springs were coming through mattress.

The property itself was pretty nice, but we were missing trash bags in the room when we checked in. The staff remedied that pretty quickly. The main issue was the noise. The people above us sounded like they were jumping off the bed at 9:30-10pm. Not ideal when you have a little one that needs to sleep. We let it go the first night, but the second night was so bad we had to go speak to the front desk after 20-30 minutes of the racket. They called the offending room, and after another 10 minutes or so it settled down. Then at 2:30am people were yelling and cursing in the hallway which again woke up our child who was then up for the rest of the night. Unfortunately it was not a restful weekend and was quite disappointing.

Really enjoyed our stay the staff where friendly and welcoming he rooms where very well taken care of. The pool was very refreshing to take a dip in and breakfast was amazing!

Utilized this stay because of its location to the airport. The room was very clean and everything worked in. microwave, refrigerator and rest room utilities. The room was quiet and away from highway noise. The reception was professional. Would stay here again.

This is OK for when I stay the area we were staying here is like it was a spooky street but overall when you got into the hotel, it wasn’t that bad. The Customer Service people are very nice and I like that. They were very informative about your state and what was gonna happen they told us about breakfast and things like that my dear have the opportunity to have breakfast in the next day. It was OK for hotel food, even though my stomach sick from it, but it just might be something I’m going through but overall stay wasn’t that bad
