Michelle that did the breakfast I'd definitely have to give her a 10 because she was great. She was very polite and helpful. Just all around on her A game. I didn't give you 5 stars because when I moved my bed out to check for bedbugs which I always do there were old chicken bones and trash. That was gross. Of course people don't see that because most people don't check that but I do because I've gotten a room before that had bugs so I check.

Fridge did not work. It was unplugged so I plugged it in and it sounded crazy and gave me an electric shock. I don’t understand why it was left in the room and not replaced. The breakfast was ok but really not many options. Room wasn’t too bad other than the fridge being a huge safety factor The front desk did offer another room or to try and get fridge replaced but I chose to just keep the room I had. Just not the bast stay I’ve had

The reservation by Hotels.com was not recognized by the concierge and she would not honor the price, even though we showed her the booking/reservation number. We left the hotel and booked, through hotels.com, the Marriott just across the parking lot. For the same price she offered, but $16 more than the original reservation. Hotels.com has not refunded the $119 reservation that was not honored. Please refund the reservation fee not honored by FAIRFIELD.

While the staff was great the hotel room was not what was advertised. The room was very basic and served its purpose but for the price I was expecting more unfortunately. I did not know we had to pay to park I was charged after the fact. Maybe I missed that but seems quite crazy to charge for parking in that area. 10$ per day.

You need to make it easier for members to get a matching price. I come in and the front desk gives me a price and I find a better one on Expedia in front of her and she says go ahead and reserve it through them then. You should just match it then for a member. Why make me go through the hassle. This hotel needs some maintenance and updating. Pool area and my bathroom needs painting and it had peeling wall paper. Hot tub wasn't hot. That was the main reason I chose your hotel and then got a bath water hot tub. I would not recommend staying here.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. There was always someone present at the front desk who greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed. The jetted tubs were my absolute favorite! Everything was organized and clean. Plenty of space in lobby to hang out or meet up with colleagues (I was in town for work)
