We were not offered water at check in. A couple of different days one bed was not made and coffee supplies not filled, had to request coffee sent to room. Trash cans emptied but other trash in room not taken. Some dirty towels not taken out. I like Hampton Inns but will probably not stay at this one again.

Good sleep, convenient location

The room was clean. Nice comfortable bed. Hot shower. Stayed on the 9th floor and was not effected by the remodeling going on. Our breakfast was decent. We were a little concerned on how are stay was going to be after reading some reviews but we had no problems. The staff was friendly as well. The walk to Gainbridge field house was easy. Nice stay for the big ten tournament.

Bad experience. Fitness center was closed with no notification when booking. Breakfast was muted due to construction again no notification. Construction grinding and pounding while trying to work. I tried to cancel the reservation when arriving at the property due to the missing amenities, lack of notification, and availability of more suitable options but was told I would be charged fully if cancelling. Nothing was offered for the misleading booking.

I couldn’t make it because of something personal that came up. I tried and tried and called the property for an hour and they wouldn’t refund my card. I told them I knew I paid for a reservation that didn’t allow for a refund, but asked for a one-time exception. I did not receive kind support.

Staff was very friendly, the location was great with dining and drinking options all around, and the room was very clean. The only thing I didnt like was my restroom had no door on the hinges. Not even a sliding door. I just didnt appreciate the lack of privacy.

Very good, but not too private.

Very comfortable room in a great downtown location. They have valet parking only but there's a parking garage nearby. There was an adjoining room, with a shared door. I could easily hear their conversation.

The dirtiest elevator I have ever seen in a hotel - front end staff was not present for check-in for about 8 mins and smelled of weed when he showed up!

I had extended my first trip and had to change hotels. My room was huge, I actually thought I had been upgraded lol the staff was so kind and helpful. They were under renovations during my stay however I was not bothered by any of that. Thank you!!

Beautifully remodeled place. You feel the very old school vibes but lobby, hallway, room, dining area, all were in wonderful condition. Free breakfast had great options. Valet was affordable and so convenient. Within very short walking distance of great restaurants, arena, stadium, and shopping. Will be staying here again.
