I only stayed for one night so didn't have any interactions with staff besides checking in, which was fine. The carpet in the room was dated and looked dirty but I'm not that picky. My only real issue was finding a cricket in the bathroom I had to kill. But the bed was fine. The air conditioning worked and there weren't any gross smells. I'd stay again if I needed to.

Our room was spotless! The bed was very comfortable and the furniture was stylish. Clean bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Amazing workout room that was also spotless. Dumbbells in all sizes and several machines including a Pelaton. Great breakfast, either continental, buffet or make to order. Nice little store including most forgotten items. Wonderful stay!

Clean bed, dirty shower, very loud

Hall noise was extremely bad. There were sports teams with loud parents slamming doors and talking in the halls until after midnight. The shower had thick soap grime on all the fixtures. It was very unpleasant to even touch them to take a shower. The bed was comfortable and room seemed, otherwise, clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
