We pulled a trailer with a side by side and felt the location and lot itself was safe and didnt worry about our property getting vandalized. The room was really nice and the smell inside the lobby was quite delightful. We checked out before breakfast. But the bottle of water and diet coke were crazy expensive!

This hotel was excellent. The lobby was very clean, smelled nice, and check in was quick. The front desk attendant was very kind. The room was in great condition, very clean, and well maintained. Our room faced the highway so it was a little noisier but not too bad.

I booked & paid for this hotel months ago, and unfortunately had a last minute change of plans. Despite the fact that I’m a Platinum Expedia member and a regular customer of Holiday Inn Express, neither party would allow me to cancel/change (despite the fact that I booked an alternative hotel in a different city with Expedia) I was forced to pay for the whole week. One or two nights would have been acceptable, but to pay for the whole week is not. I won’t be using HIEX or Expedia in future if I can avoid it. Terrible customer service.
