We stayed for one day, upon checking in we were told the elevator was broken and we were on the second floor and we had a bunch of bags. Staff did offer to help carry them!!! I just wished someone would had reached out ahead of time to let us know and we could had stayed somewhere else or tried to pack lighter. Staff was Great!!!

The room is terrific. The fridge was not cold, most controls for that are in the fridge. I had to call to get help. The controls are on the back of the appliance. They did offer for me to change rooms if it didn't get cold which was nice. It does work. The microwave is just that "MICRO". I've never seen one so small.

My daughter’s birthday! The only complaint is the other kids that were there were being a little disrespectful. There parents needed to be in the pool area. They were splashing out of control on purpose to make everything wet. They were rude.
