First room we were put into had standing green tinted water in the walk in shower. Staff moved us to a new “Upgraded” room, but did not have a shower issue. It did have a curtain issue that failed to cover the window entirely (nice if you like full moonlight).

We loved the location, the ambience/decor, the service, amenities & the room size was bigger than most (perfect for 4 girls). The hotel is near a bus station & can be noisy at night but it did not bother me at all. I slept just fine.

We had a corner room on the 5 floor. Room was clean upon arrival but very, very small… Like a walk in closet. Seemed pricey for the time we were there. Remotes for the TV didn’t work. Water pressure in the shower was not great, only had 2 towels for 3 nights. Bums were out the majority of the time we were out walking and close to the hotel. Waitress for breakfast was rude when told we had breakfast vouchers. Would look at another hotel the next time we come to Indy

Our room was very clean. The attendants were very polite and helpful. We stayed on the second floor and the noise from the street was a bit much, but outside their control. Very happy with the spacious room.

The staff was amazing! And if you go by the bar, there is a wonderful bartender there. This was just an all-around great experience. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. We will be staying there again next time we’re in Indianapolis.

We always have a wonderful stay at Hotel Indy. We were warmly welcomed by a handwritten note from Kate, one of the hotel managers. She is delightful and a primary draw for our return visits. The room is always spotless, nicely appointed, spacious, and modern. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is huge! We also love the convenience of the rooftop bar and restaurant on the first floor. Thank you Hotel Indy staff and management, we will be back soon!

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The rooms were tastefully decorated and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. There were numerous dining options available, along with shopping facilities. Jay in the restaurant provided exceptional service and demonstrated extensive knowledge in the bar area. The breakfast was excellent. The Lucius Oil Stadium is nearby, offering a variety of engaging experiences.
