This place was dirty nobody clean windows elevator, and breakfast counter was very dirty Nobody from the stuff was looking around clean after people it’s horrible! The advertising pictures not say the truth. I’m not recommending this place to nobody

Budget hotel that was quasi clean

You get what you pay for. The room wreaked of deodorizer in an attempt to mask the smell of stink weed. It was almost too much to bear but i was exhausted after 12 hours on the road. The adjoining room door was a megaphone for the 2 young adults next door. Definately do not get these rooms.breakfast was ok. No forks available though. Lots of sketch people hanging out in the parking lot but my truck was safe in the morning.

The ac didn’t cool and the shower didn’t drain. We were there for 3 nights and had to take out our own trash and used the same towels. The staff was VERY friendly and it felt safe .

The check-in for my reservation was at 3 PM I arrived at 6 PM and they still did not have a room ready for me. The girl at the desk that was checking me in was on the phone the whole time. They said they would clean a room ASAP, it only took them five minutes to clean the room. There were stains on the bedsheets and they left dirty rags, and towels all over the room. I had a two night reservation and we left after the first night and got a new hotel. After checking out, I went outside to find that My truck was broken into over night. The staff would not take any responsibility or share camera footage of the parking lot even though camera was facing right at my truck.

The bed had brackets sticking out over an inch, and i cut my leg getting into the bed. I went down to the front desk, and the guy working looks totally unfazed. Gets my room number, and tells me he will tell the manager. I come down the next morning, same guy is there...doesn't recognize me...i ask for the manager, he says he wont be in until after 11....still never heard back. Never, ever staying here again. Bed was horrible, i walked by the complimentary breakfast, disgusting.

By far the worst experience ever! Save yourself the time & energy. Stay out of Shadeland Ave. Town is in a poverty community. Hotel is gross, heard gun shots while taking my pup out in the middle of the night. Stay away!!!!!!!

Over all building and grounds decent. Breakfast was good. Price was reasonable for just using it for a place to sleep.very short staffed with desk clerk coming and going having to wait to get back to desk. Place had some shady people there middle of night not caring how much noise they were making

I looked at all the reviews before coming. I believe they are fake. Beware! My first night I stepped into a cold shower. I called down to the front desk and she informed me that she knew there was no hot water, and I had to run the water for 10 minutes. I told her I ran it for 15 minutes and it’s still cold. The next morning, the fire alarm went off on my floor. That same night once it was time to take another shower, I ran the water for almost 30 minutes and still cold. This time I went down to the front desk and she told me they are having a problem with the boiler and someone will be there the next day. In the middle of the night I had to switch my room. Once I switched the room, I also had a problem with the TV, I tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t working. My problem is that they didn’t let me know in the beginning that there was a problem with the water AND they won’t give a little bit of a credit for that one day of inconvenience.
