No regular housekeeping (apparently you have to request it and no one knew). Ran out of clean towels so I couldn't even shower on my last day there. When I requested housekeeping I found my beds with dirty stained sheets and no comforter on. The old comforters were piled on the desk in the room where I had my belongings. The trash wasn't cleaned out and they didn't sweep the bathroom/ tile floor. The night staff was not helpful when I brought this up.

Absolutely awful experience

The room was never cleaned and the trash was never taken out during my four day stay. There was no television remote in the room. The phone in the room to call the front desk had no dial tone and did not work. The hard boiled eggs for breakfast were not cooked properly at all. When they were broken open the white of the egg simply fell out and leaked everywhere. The was often no coffee or other beverages available for breakfast. The bagels were okay but often ran out within an hour of breakfast starting. I was provided with no fresh towels and had to walk down to the front desk to get more. The elevator looked like it might break down at any moment and at times was partially opened so the stairs were used the majority of the time. See photos for how the elevator looked. I tried to book the other la Quinta inn when I made the booking over a year ago but some how ended up in the airport La Quinta. It was difficult to sleep because of all the planes flying overhead. Overall it was an awful experience, I hope to never stay at a hotel that is as run down as this one was. I would not recommend the La Quinta on executive road to anyone ever. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

It could’ve been better the elevator half way opened one day it didn’t work at all and my mom had surgery so she shouldn’t of been walking down the stairs no one really had good communication and breakfast SUCKED! they basically only had waffles not meats only orange juice no water offering but the room was kinda clean except for the let out couch we found hella fruit snacks and the pets stink too I don’t think they should’ve been allowed to sit in chairs and stuff and they didn’t have a pool that was confusing because I’m guessing we mixed the hotels up

Would not recommend for family

Hotel was advertised with a pool and hotel did not have pool. Hotel took an extra $100 deposit instead of using a credit card for incidentals and wont return money for up to 3-4 business days. Blankets and sheets had stains on them and breakfast had barely any options available and poorly stocked. Will not choose this hotel again

Our room had a slight smell when we got there. Couldn’t decide if it was smoke or just the AC air. The next morning as we got up we noticed a burn hole in the sheets. The cleaning staff was working down our hallway when we got there. They had dirty sheets and towels on the floor and their cart on the other side. We had to lift our bags over the mess.

Needs better breakfast and cleaner rooms

Once in our room the sheets on one of the beds had hair on it. There was only one staff on duty. There was no facial towel to use on mid size or full body towls. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed or swept. There was no meat served with breakfast. Neither of the 3 days we were there. The workders whomed cleaned the rooms spoke no english. So when asked for the towelet paper to be replinished. Or clean towels. I was met with a no english. So Ihad to point at what I needed from the Housekeepers cart.
