Centrally-located peaceful two bedroom guest house is thoughtfully furnished and ready for you to move right in. Free parking in the front of the home. Downtown is only few minutes away where many popular Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shops and Grocery Stores are all located. Some of the fast-food restaurants such as Chick-fil-A, Culver's, McDonald's, Starbucks and Wendy's etc are all under 3 miles away. Laundromat is only walking distance away. One dog under 20 pound is allowed (pet fee will apply). This Home is located behind the main property so to access it you take the alley and can park right in front of the home. Overpowering Smell

The property is very well decorated. The location was perfect for our needs. The alley is gravel. Hard to see in the night so the outside lighting was great help. There is no air conditioning in the living space. The two rooms have air conditioning units in the windows. Dishes were available but dirty, used and we were asked to wash them before we left. The smell of the house was so pungent I could not use the place outside the bedroom.

VRBO for Indy

Online listing was accurate, the Host were very prompt in giving us the information we needed for the property. The neighborhood is quiet, everything was set up inside. Zach the host is very nice when communicating with him answers any questions in a timely manner. Thanks for allowing us to be your guests.
