I loved the layout of the rooms...a nice change from the "usual" hotel room layout. The shower was great (which is critical, IMO), but the tub was a little slippery due to the soft water they use...just be careful. Breakfast was okay...the oatmeal was real (not in a packet) and there were a lot of choices of stuff to put in it. Easy peasy stay.

Loved the hotel. It was a shame that some girl sports team was also there that night, and was running up and down the hall, off and on, until almost midnight.

Just OK

Front desk team was very friendly but the hotel is tired and need of renovation. Beds are unit, room HVAC is old and The gym is not up to Mariott standards. It’s certainly not the worst hotel I’ve stayed in but it’s not what I expected.

Springhill was not forthcoming regarding their cancellation policy that I booked through Expedia. They agreed to refunding me if I contacted Expedia. Yet, when the time came, they denied the request and did not return my call either. Very disappointing!

Place was fine. Clean enough. Only complaint was that the pool was cold- maybe 68*. My 2.5yr old only lasted 15-20min before he wanted to be done.
