When our car wouldn’t start, a helpful young lady at the front desk provided us with a jump start. Her assistance was invaluable and made a challenging situation much easier to handle.

Very clean rooms. Noise from planes taking off was not distracting. Offer shuttle service and there is covered parking you can pay for across the street for any trips.

Bed was comfortable however unease after used washcloth in shower, hair in bed and broken fridge. Overall lobby, check in and airport location was good but didn’t feel confident in cleanliness after those issues put together

Great except for one thing

We really liked the hotel overall- and we recommend it. But one thing might have caused us to not want to come again... we were picked up at the airport nicely by the red van only to find out after making just one step inside it PERMEATED horribly with cigarette smoke! Horrible! Unacceptable! So strong my wife had to cover her mouth the whole trip and I coughed several times... so rude!! At check-out, we wanted to tell the person there about this but they had put a sign stating they were away for 15 minutes...ugh. In today's clean environment of hotel non-smoking, the driver who has been smoking in that van between pickups, should be fired immediately.
