Excellent stay for the money! Minor room issues included a faucet handle that was very hard to push/pull. No fan in the bathroom, so mirror steamed up quickly. I would return there if my travels took me there.

Tried to check in 1 hour earlier cuz I arrived earlier and was exhausted I was told no because multiple guests that I'll check out that morning and it would be unavailable till check in time at 3:00 first time it's ever happened every hotel I've ever stayed at always let me check in an hour earlier if I arrived an hour earlier I was told that by the clerk after she showed up at the counter 10 minutes after I stood there waiting for someone

This was the worst hotel stay in the past 30 years traveling all over US and international . I was awakened at 3:30a by people disturbing quiet hours (yelling, banging on walls, jumping ) contacted front desk 3 times over an hour asking for them to intervene- nothing . Next day I asked to have my room switched ; said they were moving other people / blatantly lied to customer and next night kept awake again . Went to front desk and asked to be moved , refused while checking others in then said they contacted manager who threatened to call police on me and would not refund my Money . Worst hotel staff ever … awful reflection on Wyndham hotels . Their staff should be mandated to customer service training and be monitored before they lose more business . DO NOT stay here . Plenty of other choices !
