We had someone complain about noise in our room... We were woke up from a knock at the door, then someone called. We were sleeping. There was also a bdsm/kink convention going on. We were passed by half naked people with racoon tails and harnesses in the hallway. If we were to have had our kids with us, I would have been EXTREMELY angry. Y'all need to let the guests know when something like that is going on!

I CHOOSE THIS HOTEL FOR LOCATION . PROXIMITY TO THE INDIANAPOLIS AIRPORT WITH SHUTTLE. AND CHEAP PARKING WHILE ON TRIP. CHECK IN WAS SMOOTH. ARRANGING EARLY SHUTTLE CONVINUTE AND EASY. HAD A FEW ADULT BEVERAGES AT THE Bar. My hudband haf his usual drink Jack and diet. I beleive the drink i had was called easy landing. Had citrus vodka and CBD infused lavender. Was made just right. I even opted for a second. Shared some nachos that were delicious. And i am not easly impressed with food.. service was quick, bartender/service was friendly yet not intrusive. Room is clean bed and linens comfy. Thanks to easy landing, good nachos. And comfy bed. I might actually get some sleep before early international flight tomorrow.

I have enjoyed staying here for the past few years, this year was a little different, rooms are promised to be cleaned every other day, even though we complained about out room nit being cleaned, they finally cleaned the day before my departure, I stayed there for 5 nights and my room was cleaned only once. I understand things have changed but if they're telling you something it should be done

I called down at at midnight just after we checked in the tv wasn’t working and the sink was completely clogged. I encountered John at the front desk he was very rude and Aggressive! No one ever showed up at our room to check the tub or the sink.
