It was convenient for me to stay there but I will not choose that hotel again. Room was ok and bed was comfortable. Apart from that the staff were I arrived were pretty useless. A lady was sitting down to the side behind the front desk looking at her phone. Didn’t look up when I came in so I didn’t think she was working there so I was just waiting until someone said her name and she finally looked up, and got up to help me. She wasn’t sure how to proceed with my reservation regarding payment since I had reserved with Expedia. She got another lady to help who ended up being as confused as she was. Handing me my room key, she didn’t say anything about breakfast or WiFi or anything. So that’s very poor service in my opinion. The next morning when I went down for breakfast (which was in the hotel restaurant so not a buffet), no one was there, after waiting a while I went to the reception to inquire, and one of the guys said it was closed. Confused I told him the doors were opened and there was a customer in there but no staff. He went down there with me, and after looking everywhere he couldn’t find anyone in there to help either. So I gave up and went back to my room to pack up and leave. What an awfully staffed place!
