As you enter through the french door entrance, leave your troubles at the doorstep and jump into vacation mode. Perfectly stocked with games and features for families, large groups, and small private events, this property offers a sense of relaxation and excitement for group members of all ages

Stepping into the back, you are greeted by the huge entertainer’s backyard. Glittering under the warm Desert sun, the beautiful new pool invites you to plunge into its crystal-clear waters and soak up the rejuvenating rays. Take a moment to stop to bask in the opulence of the luxury gazebo, where plush daybeds invite you to lounge in style while sipping on a refreshing cocktail or snacking on an amazing chef prepared breakfast. Group fun after the water is never far away either! Once your group is done head over to the air-conditioned Friend’s themed game room for a friendly game of foosball at “Central Perk”. As the stars begin to twinkle above, gather around the fire pit and let its mesmerizing flames warm your heart and ignite conversations that will create memories to last a lifetime.


★EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS ★

If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help upon availability. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30 pm the evening prior to check out.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire property and all of its amenities. In order to access the property, guests will have to use the door-code provided to them upon completion of their check-in agreement & instructions sent to them on the day of check-in

The Neighborhood:
Great Indio neighborhood near the polo grounds where the Coachella & Stagecoach festivals are held. Only a 10-minute drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, and 20 minutes to Palm Springs.

Getting Around:
Getting around is extremely easy with Uber, local tax companies or public transportation. Parking is also widely available, with our home offering on-site parking which can easily fit up to 4 vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
All of the homes we list for guests come with our surely spotless policy. If within 1 hour of your check in you find an issue with the unit, we'll send out a housekeeping team right away at no cost to you!

POOLS & SPAS: Cleaned and serviced regularly. All of our pools and spas have been properly cleaned in advance of your arrival. However, we sometimes experience winds in the desert that can cause debris from Palm Trees and other materials to fall into the pool. Please advise the office if your pool is not clean, and we will make every effort to contact a pool cleaner, but please understand that we cannot guarantee that the pool person will be able to return to the property that day.

POOL HEATING: Due to high heating costs when guests request heating, a $100 daily fee will apply for once daily heating the pool. The heater must be turned on in advance of your check-in and can take 24-48 hours to heat to the max temperature. We cannot guarantee temperatures and no refunds will be given for pools not reaching maximum temperatures. Please inquire about pricing and availability for pool heat and we will be happy to assist. Property Manager has access to the temperatures of the pool/spas at all times. Please note that pools cannot be cooled to a lower temperature.

Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) up to 82 degrees. (Higher temps available at an additional fee)

Spa only: Free up to 102 degrees. (On demand only, must be turned off after use to avoid charges)

Pool and spa run on a single heating pump and can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one is not. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.

**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.**

MAINTENANCE DAYS: Gardening is on Thursday, pool maintenance days are currently Monday, Thursday, and Saturdays. Trash day is Monday.

GRILL/ FIRE PIT: We offer a propane exchange program free of charge. Guests need to provide a receipt of purchase and our office will reimburse the cost to you.
