We do - guests have access to their own private pool & spa with lights for the perfect evening swim. The pool & spa can be heated for a fee.

★ What are the additional fees? ★
To have the pool heated it is $60 a day. There is no charge to heat the spa. We cannot offer advanced pool heat with less than 48 hours notice.

★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★
Pets are allowed for a fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.

★ What is the parking situation? ★

This home is not in a gated community. Free and easy street parking is available right outside.

★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★
Yes - Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.

★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★
While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.

★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★
