We arrived and were told to stay in cabin 1, it was occupied by another family that said they had been there for weeks. We checked the other 2 cabins. Cabin 2 had no lock and was filthy, beer bottles, no bedding, and the TV was missing. Cabin 3 was broken into (door kicked in) and was also filthy. Completly unacceptable we tried for hours to get a hold of the owner and manager and they never answered. When we finally got a hold of the property manager and he told us to go buy bedding and clenaing supplies and they would reimbuse us.Vrbo support was very undertsanding and helped us out with the refund.If i could give it 0 for everything i would.BEWARE THIS HOST. Family in cabin 1 said we were the 3rd group to show up and have this exact experience.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The place(s) were absolutely trashed and disgusting. The photos listed in the advertisement were not accurate. The place was not cleaned whatsoever and had been people squatting there prior to.The property manager was rude and aggressive when discussing the situation upon arrival. The property manager had blocked our number when trying to contact them initially and only had contacted us after Vrbo customer service had basically forced them to. The property manager made zero effort to resolve the situation but instead cancelled our reservation and told us to leave, and threatened to call the police for trespassing. Never, ever book this property or any properties that they manage. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. These people should not be allowed to operate with Vrbo anymore, especially how they condoned themselves to calm, paying, respectful customers.
