The perfect location right in the heart of the old city. The owner goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of and comfortable. The entire staff went beyond the norm to make you feel at home. The breakfast was perfect, excellent coffee and a myriad of delectable choices. An added bonus, just might be the best shower I ever had.

Perfect Innsbruck old town stay

Cozy yet contemporary hotel in heart of old Innsbruck-great view of town from window in my room. I felt immediately at home upon entry with such a warm welcome from the manager after a delay in my travels. I would highly recommend this location for your stay in Innsbruck.

We had a great time at the Weisses Kreuz hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cocktail bar and the breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Rooms were on the smaller side but were still very comfortable. This was a beautiful hotel.

Our favorite hotel in Austria

We picked this hotel because of the location and never expected this hotel to charm us!! The hotel was absolutely perfect in every way possible. The location could not have been better, the hotel was recently refurbished and it was so beautiful and welcoming. The rooms and common areas were spotless, the breakfast was terrific. The eggs, cheese, pastries, etc... all come from local farmers and bakers. The bar at night on the top floor turned out to be the best bar in Innsbruck and we agree!! The staff were so helpful and kind as well. We plan to return to Innsbruck just to stay here again. For a fun experience, get a patio room. They are roomy and you have your own private oasis. Don't miss this gem!!

We had a lovely stay in the old town portion of Innsbruck. This hotel is right in the center of it all making it very convenient. It was quiet, adorable and very comfortable. The bar being open late was a nice touch, and I'd stay here again!
