Beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor. The cozy living area with a sofa corner has a TV/hi-fi and a balcony with garden furniture. From here you can see the fields of Gollwitz and in a small distance you can also see the sea. The open fitted kitchen is equipped with a mini dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, 2-plate ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. The dining area (elevated table with elevated chairs) is integrated into the kitchen area. Bathroom with shower/toilet. In the attic there is the bedroom with a double bed at a comfortable height for 2 people with a TV (accessible via a narrow, space-saving staircase). The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.
