We ran into a snag in at check in, but they immediately resolved it. Would book here again, very convenient to be next to the train station. Windows were very thick, did not hear too much noise from the trains. Views were amazing from the hotel. Everything was very walkable!

The hotel gives you clean rooms, good beds and a central spot in Interlaken. You step out onto the platform of the station, which makes day trips simple. You reach the main shopping street in minutes. Rooms feel modern. Breakfast offers fresh bread, fruit and eggs. Staff keep things moving and refill items fast. You may notice some noise if your room faces the road. Ask for a higher floor if you want a quieter stay. We'd definitely stay again!

Fantastic location to explore the Jungfraujoch region. Wonderful room spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was consistently good and staff were amenable and friendly. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Jungfraujoch region. Train station directly outside the hotel was fantastic and made it easy to get around on day trips. Rooms are well insulated and didn’t hear any train noise throughout our entire stay, 3 nights.

Everything was good! Staff was friendly and very accommodating. However a fridge in the room was really needed. Breakfast was really good!
