The staff was exceptionally friendly and had everything ready when we checked in.

The bathroom was dirty (hair in tub, black grime around taps that came loose and went all over the sink when wet - gross! The carpet was not vacuumed - lots of dust around the desk. The beds were uncomfortable. The smoke detector light was really bright and shined down in our faces all night. I left after one night of the originally planned 2-night stay, but they still charged me for the second night because they didn't get 24 hours notice - even though I checked out at 8am. The front desk person said someone would call me about this, but they didn't. I called to request a manager and was asked to leave my number for a call back, which i did. Still no call. The next time I called I spoke with the manager (Jay) who told me he'd call me back the next day, but he didn't. I was not asking for a refund for the night that I stayed, but they did not have to charge me for that second night. Especially when I left because it was unsatisfactory!

Everyone is so kind. Was hoping for a bathtub in the room but had only a shower which was a little bit of a bummer but a good stay overall.

Very clean room. Automated check in is convenient. Only issue was that the HVAC unit was really loud at times throughout the night.
