Compact and Comfortable on Toorak

Located in one of our main streets, this holiday home on one level is a dream location.

A short walk to our famous beaches and our main street that offers a range of food, retailers and boutiques. Your pets are also welcomed. This property also features an open fire for the colder months and during summer it has a wonderful outdoor setting with a gas BBQ for family brunches, lunches and dinners.

The home consists of two double bedrooms, perfect for 2 couples. It also has a third bedroom which is accessible via the patio, with two single beds, if you wish to bring the kids along. The small well equipped kitchen provides everything you need to be able to cook at home, a dining table is centred where conversations can flow as you prepare a meal.

A leather lounge suite with a tv, a great area for kids to play, an electric heater, fans and washing machine are also some great aspects of the property.

Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.

Nice little clean property. All the amenities were good, everything I needed for one guest. If you were extremely fit I guess you could walk but for meI needed a car to go to the beach and the main shopping centre. Regardless I enjoyed both.

Overpriced and filthy

Sadly have let host rental property agency know and they do not care. Provided pictures and videos of state of kitchen and cupboards plus filthy bbq and oven. Apparently as we didn’t notify them and allow them to destroy our family getaway by coming in to clean the property whilst we were paying to stay there they don’t care. They don’t check these things it’s all left up to guests to check and report to them. The booking was taken from this platform and I had to liase directly through their emails from the property manager at Alex Scott real estate. Not as described in listing and far from a great experience.

Nice little place - main road was noisy, generally OK

Basically all our needs with the property were met except that there was no wifi at the house and my Vodaphone 4G was a little sketchy. Toorak Rd was quite noisy and the property was further away (25 minute walk) from town than we had hoped. Back yard was secure enough for the dog but side gate was of a type that our dog (staffie) could easily climb so we didnt feel like we could leave her there by herself

Lovely for a stay

Disappointing

Very disappointed the property had an asbestos shed in the back garden which was damaged, I wouldn't think anyone with a family would be happy for their children to play in the backyard with that.The third bedroom was off the back decking which is not ideal for a young family. The main house was very small. It also wasn't as clean as I would expect. Overall we found the house to be overly expensive and under quality.

Old fashioned but comfortable

Tiny little cottage, ok for 2 but would be small for 4 or 6. Furnished with stuff that looks like it belonged to somebody's grandma. Overwhelming use of air freshener in vaporisers, took 3 days of ventilation to clear the smell. No wifi. Nice garden & deck outside, good for our dog.
