We only stayed one night but immediately felt the calm & chilled vibes. Friendly & helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Convenient for us, as is a few minutes on foot to the bus station.

This is a beautiful new hotel, well located in a quiet part of the centre of Inverness. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. It’s pet friendly so we were able to take our dog which was a huge bonus for us! The staff were exceptional, everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and genuinely wanted to help. The only negative is the limited parking but we did manage to get a space both days. All in all we loved this hotel and will definitely return.

Excellent staff, excellent hotel, brilliant breakfast. Didn’t eat dinner in the hotel as the menu choice was not great, in our opinion.

No dressing table

I was a bit disappointed with the room as there was no dressing table to sit at. An essential for the majority of women. Twice there was a knock on the door in the morning with the cleaner actually opening our door to see if we had checked out. Surely nobody should try to come into your room unless they know for definite if you have checked out. We were not happy about this.

One night stay

Very nice stay and a perfect location! The mattress was sooo comfortable, room was clean, shower was amazing, staff was very friendly! Location was spot on for walking to shops and restaurants!
