We stayed at the AC Hotel for three nights this summer. This hotel is a great base for activities in and around Inverness. The front desk staff are terrific, very helpful and friendly folks. Parking can be in short supply onsite but there is a paid lot very nearby that is the same price as the hotel. It’s a short walk to some great restaurants and the location is also close to major road access. The breakfast is very good, a wide selection of hot and cold options and reasonably priced. We were there in mid-July and appreciated the air conditioning! We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel and staff were nice and convenient to walk to shopping, railway and bus stations. I wish the toilets and showers in the room were clean more thoroughly. Black mold in the toilet and brown mold on the floor in the shower. Also would have prefer more choices for breakfast.

Concierge and staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Our bed wasn't as comfortable as hoped for; and although our sheets had gotten soiled, they still just followed their policy of only changing them after 3 days. As is the custom in most European countries, they are not big fans of ice; however, we would have enjoyed there being an ice machine to keep our beverages cold. It was a fairly new hotel; however, the shower did show signs of aging around the bottom of the door, making it look a bit dirty. It was convenient having a restaurant there, but no room service available. Their menu was limited; however, the food was fresh. Overall, we would probable check some other hotels out that had a king-size bed, before staying there again.

Great accommodations! The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and helped answer our questions. We were even able to get some ice for our water bottles at the bar. Definitely recommend!
