Staff were great both at checkin and over breakfast. Great recommendations for our vacation and super friendly. Breakfast itself was also very good. Rooms could use a bit of a makeover as our shower had a few issues and there were hardly a receptacle to be found, but otherwise it was a great stay

Great service.

Good location to start the NC500. Family of 4 plus dog - we had enough space in a family room. Very friendly service and great breakfast. The breakfast staff were super helpful and friendly.

I use this hotel throughout the year and it is a standard setup. My only complaint is the variation in pricing throughout the year which is pure profiteering. In Peak summer the cost was 3 times more than during the winter. Sadly the whole of Inverness does this price surging even though the facilities/service are exactly the same

Unexpected £30 per night dog charge

Unexpected Dog charge! We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and would have given 5 stars. However, this time we took our small dog. We completed the booking on your site per instructions and filtered that we required dog friendly. The cost of overnight came up as £65 including breakfast, excellent so far. However upon arrival we were informed that we had to pay an extra £30 for our pet! At no point during our booking did this show. By my calculations we actually paid more for our dog than ourselves, as she didnt have breakfast included!

Perfect location luvly hotel and staff could not be more friendly and helpful but the boss needs gets the outside tidied up, the bins looked like they had not been emptied in days and if you didnt know the hotel gives you a negative first impression
