The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, the location was convenient being right across the street from the train station & connected to a 24 hr Lawson, the free breakfast buffet was also delicious and convenient!

The Oriental Tokyo Bay checked all the boxes! The rooms were spacious with great amenities. There was an incredible room on the second floor for additional amenities like skin wash, lotions and other hygiene items. The Welcome Social was fantastic, offering a variety of drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, which was a nice treat after a long day sightseeing. Speaking of sightseeing, the hotel has a walkway over the street to the Shin Urayasu station as well as the Aeon mall. Talk about a convenient location! I really cannot praise this hotel enough! It was a great family vacation!

The place is a great place to stay - near train station and local supermarket is right around the corner. This is great for kids as there is a shuttle bus to the Disney parks. They have welcome centre/lounge for guests that make a great afternoon break! We would stay here again next time!

Convenient & Great Stay

We were there for Star Wars Celebration Japan. The rooms were perfect for our group. The hotel was connected to the Keio Line via a walkway, which made our travel to/from the convention center very convenient. We appreciated the shuttle to/from the Disney parks. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fairly priced. We also liked that there was a Lawson's on site and that they had luggage transportation available on site as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and if we were in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

WE LOVED THIS HOTEL!!!!!! I can't say enough good things about this property and wished we had stayed here and used the metro to get into Tokyo each day. Here is why it is AMAZING! 1) Rooms - can accommodate 4 people and still have floor space! 2) Buffet breakfast was huge and great! 3) convenient shuttle for Disney, 4) Train/Metro station is "attached" to the hotel, 5) Welcome Lounge was amazing for the kids and adults (but could have more salty treats vs sugary) 6) Hub bar was a great place to get dinner. There was a noise difference based on where your room was so be sure to ask for a quiet room to avoid the sirens going down the main road.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oriental hotel. The proximity to shopping, quality dining and transport was convenient. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The nightly dessert buffet was enjoyed by the family. Best of all the hotel is only 15 minutes to Disneyland with a free shuttle.
