Rooms are clean and decent. There is a small pool on rooftop and free laundry machine and dryers for guests

All the staff are courteous and show service excellence. The room I stayed was comfortable, clean and had amenities like a drinking water tap. The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue. A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days.

Overall this is a good hotel, close to shopping mall very convenient, just some old bath towels need to change.

There is a 7-11 below the hotel, just 5 mins away, there is 99 supermarket. Drinks there is 1/2 price compared to 7-11. Less than 10 mins walking distance to Concubine lane. Location is good. But there is nothing much to do in that area after 6p.m.

Definitely beyond our expectations. It was very good. Even though we just needed a place to sleep for a night and transit to Penang, this hotel amazed us in many ways, very spacious. Staff very friendly.
