Ground floor: equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator), large living room of 40 m² with exposed beams, lounge area (fireplace/stove), 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90x180), bathroom (walk-in shower), WC. Floor: mezzanine Laundry room in the basement (washing machine). Oil and wood heating extra. Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen rental. Enclosed garden with trees on 2ha of meadow, large tarmac courtyard, covered carport. Hiking near the cottage. Non-smoking gîte. Pets not accepted.
