Deserves a lower ranking

Very limited breakfast offerings. Located on a main road through town and could easily hear traffic through the night. Desk person didn’t know how to generate a receipt. Otherwise, fairly clean and moderately aged furnishings in the room and lobby.

Good property. My only complaint was a noisy refrigerator in the room overnight. I could have easily unplugged it had I realized where the noise was coming from. Other a good room.

OK, but disappointed

I don't like that I was duped by Hotels.com when I thought I was booking directly with the hotel. Because of that I paid $20 more than I should have. As a senior on SS every penny counts and I couldn't even get my AARP discount because of this too. The ice machine was broken so no ice. The bed mattress needs to be rotated because it was flattened and going downhill on the lamp side.

The first room I got had bed bugs. If it wasn’t so late at night I would have got a refund and went to a different hotel, but I settled for a different room. The lady working that night was helpful. When I checked out the next morning, the guy behind the desk couldn’t be bothered to look away from his phone or acknowledge me. Overall, not impressed at all and will definitely not be staying here again
