Okay for downtown hotel. Clean and updated. Area felt a bit sketchy and there were sirens during the night. Not really walkable to local attractions.

Very noisy due to being on a main road but that may not be the hotel’s fault. My complaint is my room’s toliet didn’t work and after the guy came to fix it it still didn’t flush. I also asked for a wake-up call at 0800 and that never happened . But I did receive a call an hour later luckily was already up. Breakfast is nice, facility is nice but the small detail for comfort have meaning to a customer.

Our stay was ok with some areas and great in other areas. Friendliness of staff was excellent at reception, breakfast, and housekeeping. Those areas made the stay enjoyable.

Clean room, nice staff. Hot breakfast looked great, but the taste was far from great, however lots of other options for cereal, make your own waffles, bagels, toast, etc. Most of the outlets in the room did not work which is far from ideal. Great location for the KFC Yum center, walked to it in under 5 minutes and felt safe. Also between the hotel and KFC Yum center was a great little small town area with a lot of dinning options.

Great value in downtown

Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking is plentiful and easy. Close walking distance to all downtown Louisville.

This location is convenient to the waterfront, lots of restaurants and bars, and attractions. The beds are comfortable; rooms are clean. The breakfast options were fresh and tasty.

Also Located 2 blocks from the UofL Downtown Hospital , Frazier Rehab Institute and childrens hospital are stay could not have been better. The staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. Thank you.

The bed was the absolute hardest surface I’ve ever slept on and extremely uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not take out our trash or straighten the room and we had to ask for additional towels

There was a hair in the bathtub, clear tape on the ceiling, and candy under the couch, which made it feel like the room wasn't well cleaned. The location was fine, but there was a lot of outside noise that was audible in the room, especially at night. Both the bed and couch consistently creaked when I sat on them and/or shifted my body (for reference , I weigh 160 pounds). The digital key consistently took multiple tries to unlock the door. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and accommodating.
