Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box. Good shower and staff.

Front desk staff seems like they are there just to collect money. Not friendly and insightful at all. For no explanation about the facilities etc at check in. When entering the lobby they just sit on a chair behind the desk without any acknowledgement. There is an a company office in the same building as the the hotel and they might own the hotel . Seems like this is just a hobby or side business. The location is about 10 min walk from Isahaya station and there is nothing surrounding the hotel. For the price of little over 7000yen the amenities and service isn’t worth it.
