the following is where The Riande Aeropuerto Hotel and Casino can improve: 1. Tell guests there is no elevator so when the guest books a balcony room, they must understand they have to use steps to lug up their suitcases to their room. We were unaware of this situation and had to pay extra to book a first floor poolside unit. 2. the "casino" is not an integral part of the hotel. We had to be escorted to and the casino (quite a long walk) with Riande security personnel. A major disappointment. 3. Unfortunately, there is a small yet significant language barrier from English to Spanish relating to communication.with hotel staff.

I have and will continue to stay at only the Riande. The facility and staff are tremendous!! They have continuously been above and beyond what is “ normal “ in the states and in Panama ( virtually any other place in Panama treats you like they are doing you a favor for being there ) 😞😞

Its very close to the airport but you have to pay attention or you can miss the exit to the hotel. The check in was fast and the room very clesn We used the hotel shuttle to the airport tgat runs every hour.

Check-in was less than satisfactory. I was told I didn’t have a 2 night reservation, and the hotel was full. After asking another service representative she then said I only had 1 night. Finally found my paperwork right behind her on the counter. Sent me to a room not ready. Later in the lobby, I was flagged down and given another room.
