Overall the staff, food, room, and amenities were great. The beach area was beautiful and the shows were entertaining. I’d only give one piece of advice, don’t book the excursions through the hotel, they weren’t exactly what we thought we were paying for. I’d book them separately or on your own.

I was a bit nervous after reading previous reviews on the Oasis Palm. But my advice would be, don’t be put off. I think the property is fair for the money. Yes there are things that I would change/improve, but other hotels will have this and be more expensive. You can’t expect to stay at an all inclusive at the lower end of the pay scale and expect 10/10 for everything. You always get what you pay for

This place for the price is adequate, ROOMS: very hard bed, nice bathroom, nice terrace with view. FOOD: Buffet food was average, what you would expect from a buffet. A few protein items were cold and not kept to temp. SERVICE: This was the most disappointing part of the stay. RESORT: looks nice, nice pool, beach is clean. We normally stay at the Moon Palace that is x2 the cost, but gives a very good baseline what an all inclusive resort should feel like.

Upon my arrival at your establishment, I encountered an unexpected delay as the room was not ready for three hours past the agreed-upon check-in time. Due to this significant inconvenience and the inability to access the room in a timely manner, My mom was feeling sick due high blood pressure she need a place to rest I made the decision to seek accommodation elsewhere. I recall informing the receptionist of our situation during our interaction, and she assured me that the matter was recorded. It is disappointing to see that the resolution provided does not align with the expectations set during our conversation. Yes we had access to the Restaurant we didn’t want to eat on that moment. As a result, I am requesting a refund for the reservation in question. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in the hospitality industry; however, I believe that a delay of such magnitude warrants a refund as the service provided did not meet the expected standard. Expedia is telling me that you guys refuse to give me refund. In light of this situation, I must inform you that I will be escalating this matter further by submitting a formal complaint to the Secretaria Federal del Consumidor in Mexico City. It is imperative that such practices are not overlooked, as it is unfair to take advantage of guests in this manner. Such behavior cannot be condoned, and it is crucial that guest satisfaction and fair treatment are upheld in the hospitality industry. Sincerely,  Veronica.

My husband and toddler got food poisoning. They closed the buffet at the Grand Oasis Palm to clean it. The 4 days we were there we never got chairs at the beach. Shade was hard to come by. We had a hard time eating by the end of our stay because of getting sick. Near the ferry. Sens and Grand Oasis Palm are the same building. The employees worked hard but many seemed unhappy.

This property was much better for families than adults, despite the adult only spots. Several restaurants were closed on one of our days there. And getting a reservation was difficult on the days of. Renting a beach bed was also difficult and extra cost. The staff was very nice, friendly and trying to make the stay enjoyable Limited beach walking- only about 1 mile due to location.

To begin I didnt like the fact that I booked and payed for the Grand Oasis Palm building and got put on The Sens Cancún building. I didnt become aware of it until my first night at resort around midnight. It was not what I expected and I was not satisfied.

Our reservation was for Ocean Palm Hotel. On arrival, we were checked in at the adjacent property Ocean Sens. Supposedly an upgrade. Our room was very spacious and clean, basic furniture, nice balcony with a jacuzzi. Problem was the bad weather, really strong winds affecting the balcony door that did not fit well and the noise all night was terrible. Nobody ever came to fix it. Both properties are huge with a lot of guests. Small beach and no enough chairs. No chairs of any kind around the pool. Several restaurants always very busy. Buffet restaurant smelled bad and had very low quality food. Food a little better on the reserved restaurants but really difficult to get a reservation. Excellent Michael Jackson show. This hotels are best for families with a restricted budget.

It’s a nice family friendly resort. Beach is very accessible. The food was good. Would definitely recommend dining at cocoa. Service was impressive and food was delicious.

Great selection of restaurants but they use their own personal app to book into á la carte suppers. When submitting your requests it may take hours to get either a confirmation or refusal of request. The application has no push notifications so you do not see when you have received a message back unless you have the app constantly open. I suggest opening a chat and speaking directly to an associate that can see what reservations are still available for the day Our room was overlooking the lagoon and road which could be noisy at times thru the closed patio door due to traffic passing at all times of the day. We could also often hear our next door neighbor's conversations while in our room, which although we didn’t mind, made for less privacy.
