We loved the pool and the beach. The staff was excellent. It was hard to find a free Cabana and chairs and we felt like we had to rush out to reserve seats first thing in the morning which was not relaxing. The only other complaints are that the was NO pool bathroom and you had to walk inside the hotel. But we absolutely loved our vacation and the room was clean, comfortable bed and nice balcony.

Hyatt Zilara is okay but seems to be isolated. There are little shopping shops around the hotel. Cars are rushing on the front road and it is hard and dangerous to come across the road over the crosswalk.

This was an amazing experience! The staff, room service and management were all professional and accommodating. Anything we needed was at their fingertips. The rooms were great. The balcony facing the water was so relaxing. The jacuzzi tub was everything! I can't say enough about our experience. Well done.

Excellent Resort

Excellent all inclusive resort. We loved our 2 week stay. The staff are amazing, so attentive, polite, and accommodating, especially Lorena and Rosa our personal concierges. The beach was fantastic, complimentary cabanas were plentiful. Beach service was really good too. The restaurants, coffee shop and also buffet were very good. Would have liked a couple more restaurants but we enjoyed what we had. Drinks were plentiful and good. Activities all day long. Entertainment events every evening was very good. Our room, ocean front, was very spacious, quite nice, great patio, however, the entire resort which opened in 2007 is now dated. Good news is the resort is closing at the end of March 2025 until perhaps December 2025 or possibly January 2026, for a complete renovation. We will go back in 2026 when reopened.

This is an older hotel, used to be called something else before and now called Zilara. For Cancun all inclusive it was a bit small and not as nice as the Hyatt Ziva. The bartenders kept on running out of the liquor I requested and this was a constant thing. Not sure if they were looking for tips or just had no liquor, I found it to be strange especially when I don’t drink very much. I expected muted much better

The first room we stayed at had a leak and then they moved us to a second room and they had a leak as well. I was totally upset with the whole experience of staying there and I’ll never stay there again. The manager was horrible. He was not helpful at allllllll! I literally ask him if he can give us credit from our hotel because this is ridiculous to be in two different rooms and they were both leaking. I will never stay at this place ever again in my life. Worst customer service and the worst experience I’ve ever had an icing on the cake and upset me to be sleeping in a room that is leaking right on top of our body
