Villa Del Palmar delivered the best all-inclusive experience I’ve ever had—and that’s saying a lot. From the moment we arrived, every single person we encountered made us feel welcomed, cared for, and truly valued. Housekeeping was impeccable, the servers were attentive and warm, and the entire staff operated at a level of excellence that felt effortless. The service was consistent, genuine, and top-tier across the board. This experience has set the bar incredibly high—other all-inclusive resorts will be very hard to match after this. Villa Del Palmar isn’t just a vacation; it’s an experience done right. We cannot wait to return.

Marco, Guen. I can't believe how kind these staff can be! They are welcoming, wanting to be friends, and so helpful from the day 1 to the last day. My girlfriend and I stayed for three days (very short trip), but because of their hospitality, we enjoyed 200% at Vila del Palmar. I hope they get the credit for what we've experienced! Room was clean, view was just phenomenal and people were just smiling, laughing and enjoying the moments there.

The property is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. We especially enjoyed the calm music around the pool in the mornings, which gradually became more lively as the day went on. The rooms are very comfortable, and the suites with kitchens are beautiful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. One area for improvement would be the décor and ambience of the Italian restaurant, Davino. Adding placemats, dimming the lighting, and creating a cozier atmosphere would greatly enhance the dining experience. While the food itself was good, the overall setting felt more like a cafeteria than an Italian restaurant, and improved décor would make a big difference. One final suggestion would be to clarify the $50 USD daily resort credit. In practice, only 20% of the total food, drink, or eligible service bill can be applied per transaction. It would be clearer to state that guests receive a 20% discount on eligible purchases, up to a maximum of $50 per day. Overall, we had a very good experience and would most likely return.

Pool bar had lot of bees where the bartender was making drinks. The bees were going in the drinks and garnishing but the bartender didnt care to remove them. He kept is drink measure cup in the same water where bee was swimming.

- the concierge people not willing to give us information about activities without the tour to the next hotel to sell the time share which ruined a part of our trip. Some of them were very aggressive and absolutely rude. - one night for 9-10hours there was power outage and it kept going off and on making noise for a second a bunch of times at night. Room got warm since there was no AC and loud so we could not sleep well at all but nothing heard from the hotel next morning . - some of the servers at the pool never came back after we requested to take our orders. - some of the servers at the restaurants were pushy about tips which made us feel uncomfortable. - most of people use just one pool there and it’s not that great. Other pools are ‘private to special members’ or ‘adults only’ or too cold. - the activities at the hotel is very limited and also not worth to try. We definitely are not coming back to this hotel and would not recommend.

We have stayed here several times and we know what to expect. It’s always clean, the food is all decent. Breakfasts are overpriced at the buffet, but the market will take care of you for a fraction of the price (still overpriced for what it is) We enjoyed Zama and Divino this time as well as taking an uber into Cancun for a few odd resort meals and to see some culture. Check out Parque las Palapas for some good authentic food options.

I made again, the typical mistake of accepting a mediocre breakfast for listening to a "membership" presentation. Despite telling them we are going to say no to any offer, they said it didn't matter, etc. Well, at the last moment, the inevitable hard faces were shown by the sales team, specially a not very nice supervisor who was impolite. Very nice hotel. Room was big and spacious. The service was outstanding. The food exceeded my expectations. My only complaint for an all inclusive hotel is the fact that you get a bill every time that you order something. Although you do not have to pay since it is all inclusive, but you get asked to give a tip. For me this was so annoying. Besides that everything was perfect. If the hotel eliminates this procedure I would return as many times as possible.
